It's Spooky Season in Napa Valley

October 01, 2018

Here in Wine Country, fall has become one of our favorite seasons. Each year we look forward to the harvest of our grapes and all the fun activities and events that come along with it. October is especially unique because of the spooky holiday that ensues. Each year, costume parties, pumpkin carving contests, and Halloween-themed tastings take over all of Napa County. A fun family event is the Pumpkin Carving Contest hosted at Farmstead Longmeadow Ranch — for just $10 your child will receive a pumpkin, toolkit and a warm glass of apple cider. For all of the adults out there, a Halloween ball may be right up your alley — the Pagan Ball is one that is talked about each year, along with more casual events like Halloween on the Hill and Somm’s Halloween Cocktails with a Twist. Prepare to make your October very spooky and attend one of these fun events during your trip to Napa Valley.

In support of our community, Napa Valley Lodge is temporarily closed with plans to reopen in April. Please click on book now to check availability.
