General Policies

Napa Valley Lodge guestrooms and interior public areas are 100% non-smoking.
Hotel Room Tax: 12 percent
Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival - subject to $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival - subject to all nights room & tax charges.
Additional Guest: $25 per person.
Crib: Available at no charge.
Roll Away: Available at $10 per night.
Champagne Breakfast Buffet:
Our Complimentary Champagne Breakfast is available to all of our overnight guests. It is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. poolside during our long, mild Spring and Summer seasons and moved indoors during cooler months.

This breakfast service is also available to conference attendees in their meeting or banquet room and is served any time specified by the meeting planner for a nominal fee.
