General Policies
- All guestrooms at the Napa Valley Lodge are non-smoking.
- Check in: 4:00pm, Check out: Noon
- Hotel Room Tax: 12 percent
- All rates are for single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise.
- Additional guests: $25 per person. No additional charge for children under 12.
- Guarantee and deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid being subject to all nights room and tax charges. All reservation cancellations subject to $25 cancellation processing fee.
